Wholesome Energy Bars
These energy bars are packed with nutrients and provide a sustained energy boost, perfect for a pre- or post-workout snack, or a healthy on-the-go option.

- 1 Baking Pan 8x8 inch
- 1 Parchment Paper
- 1 Food Processor Optional
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup Rolled Oats Gluten-free if needed
- 0.5 cup Chopped Nuts Your choice
- 0.25 cup Seeds Mix and match
- 0.25 cup Protein Powder Whey, pea, or soy
Wet Ingredients
- 0.5 cup Nut Butter Natural, no sugar added
- 0.25 cup Honey or Maple Syrup Natural sweetener
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Pure vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, seeds, and protein powder (if using).
- In a separate bowl, mix together nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated. For a smoother texture, pulse the mixture in a food processor a few times (optional).
- Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden brown around the edges.
- Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into 12 even squares.
