Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rolled Oats Gluten-free if needed
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Nuts Your choice
  • 0.25 cup Seeds Mix and match
  • 0.25 cup Protein Powder Whey, pea, or soy

Wet Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Nut Butter Natural, no sugar added
  • 0.25 cup Honey or Maple Syrup Natural sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Pure vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped nuts, seeds, and protein powder (if using).
  • In a separate bowl, mix together nut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated. For a smoother texture, pulse the mixture in a food processor a few times (optional).
  • Press the mixture firmly into the prepared baking pan.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden brown around the edges.
  • Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into 12 even squares.
