  • 1 Juicer A good quality juicer is essential.
  • 1 Knife For chopping vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Spinach Fresh, organic spinach is best.
  • 1 Cucumber Peeled or unpeeled, your preference.
  • 2 Green Apples Granny Smith variety recommended.
  • 1 Lemon Juice of one lemon.
  • 1 inch Ginger Fresh ginger root.

Instructions
 

  • Wash all vegetables and fruits thoroughly. Roughly chop the cucumber, apples, and ginger into smaller pieces that will fit into your juicer.
  • Feed the spinach, cucumber, green apples, lemon and ginger into the juicer. Process until all ingredients have been juiced.
  • Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy the fresh, nutrient-rich juice!

Notes

Adjust the ingredients to your liking. For a sweeter juice, add more apples. For a spicier kick, add more ginger.
