The Green Machine Vegetable Juice
A nutrient-packed vegetable juice that's both refreshing and healthy. Great for a morning boost or afternoon pick-me-up.

- 1 Juicer A good quality juicer is essential.
- 1 Knife For chopping vegetables.
Ingredients

- 4 cups Spinach Fresh, organic spinach is best.
- 1 Cucumber Peeled or unpeeled, your preference.
- 2 Green Apples Granny Smith variety recommended.
- 1 Lemon Juice of one lemon.
- 1 inch Ginger Fresh ginger root.
Instructions
- Wash all vegetables and fruits thoroughly. Roughly chop the cucumber, apples, and ginger into smaller pieces that will fit into your juicer.
- Feed the spinach, cucumber, green apples, lemon and ginger into the juicer. Process until all ingredients have been juiced.
- Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy the fresh, nutrient-rich juice!
Notes
Adjust the ingredients to your liking. For a sweeter juice, add more apples. For a spicier kick, add more ginger.
