Ingredients
Produce

Spinach
Fresh, organic spinach is best.

Cucumber
Peeled or unpeeled, your preference.

Green Apples
Granny Smith variety recommended.

Lemon
Juice of one lemon.

Ginger
Fresh ginger root.
Instructions
Wash all vegetables and fruits thoroughly. Roughly chop the cucumber, apples, and ginger into smaller pieces that will fit into your juicer.
Feed the spinach, cucumber, green apples, lemon and ginger into the juicer. Process until all ingredients have been juiced.
Pour the juice into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy the fresh, nutrient-rich juice!
Notes
Adjust the ingredients to your liking. For a sweeter juice, add more apples. For a spicier kick, add more ginger.
