Ted Lentil Pancakes
A healthy and delicious pancake recipe made with lentils, perfect for a nutritious breakfast.

- 1 Blender
- 1 Frying Pan Non-stick recommended
Ingredients
Pancake Batter
- 1 cup Red Lentils Rinsed
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.5 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Combine all pancake batter ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the hot surface for each pancake. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of cinnamon or vanilla extract to the batter. You can also substitute the water with plant-based milk for a creamier texture.
