Spinach and Fetta Crisps
Crispy, savory baked snacks made with fresh spinach, crumbled fetta, and wholesome ingredients. Perfect as a high-protein, veggie-packed snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
- - 1 cup fresh spinach finely chopped
- - 1/2 cup crumbled fetta cheese
- - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese optional for extra crisp
- - 1 large egg
- - 1/4 cup oat flour or wholemeal flour
- - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat Oven
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Mix Ingredients
- In a bowl, combine chopped spinach, crumbled fetta, parmesan (if using), egg, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined into a thick batter.
- Form Crisps
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking tray and flatten gently with a spoon to form small, thin rounds.
- Bake
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp on the edges.
- Cool and Serve
- Let crisps cool slightly before serving. Best eaten fresh or stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
