- - 1 cup fresh spinach finely chopped
- - 1/2 cup crumbled fetta cheese
- - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese optional for extra crisp
- - 1 large egg
- - 1/4 cup oat flour or wholemeal flour
- - 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- - Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Mix Ingredients
In a bowl, combine chopped spinach, crumbled fetta, parmesan (if using), egg, flour, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined into a thick batter.
Form Crisps
Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the baking tray and flatten gently with a spoon to form small, thin rounds.
Bake
Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crisp on the edges.
Cool and Serve
Let crisps cool slightly before serving. Best eaten fresh or stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
