Roasted Cauliflower Steaks with Lemon-Herb Dressing
Thick-cut cauliflower steaks roasted to golden perfection and drizzled with a zesty lemon-herb dressing. A healthy and flavorful alternative to traditional steaks.

Ingredients
Cauliflower Steaks
- 1 head Cauliflower cut into 4 steaks
Lemon-Herb Dressing
- 0.25 cup Olive Oil extra virgin
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Parsley fresh
- 1 tablespoon Thyme fresh
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 0 Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.1 head Cauliflower, 0.25 cup Olive Oil, 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice, 1 tablespoon Parsley, 1 tablespoon Thyme
- Brush the cauliflower steaks with the lemon-herb dressing on both sides. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
- Serve the roasted cauliflower steaks immediately. Garnish with extra fresh herbs, if desired.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the dressing.
