Ingredients
  

Cauliflower Steaks

  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into 4 steaks

Lemon-Herb Dressing

  • 0.25 cup Olive Oil extra virgin
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley fresh
  • 1 tablespoon Thyme fresh
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 0 Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch thick steaks.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper.
    1 head Cauliflower, 0.25 cup Olive Oil, 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice, 1 tablespoon Parsley, 1 tablespoon Thyme
  • Brush the cauliflower steaks with the lemon-herb dressing on both sides. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and golden brown.
  • Serve the roasted cauliflower steaks immediately. Garnish with extra fresh herbs, if desired.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the dressing.
