Parsnips

- 1 tablespoon maple syrup

- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Peel the parsnips and cut them into 1/2-inch thick slices.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice, olive oil, maple syrup, orange zest, salt, and pepper.
