No Sugar Biscuits
Delicious and healthy biscuits without any added sugar.

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 2 cups whole wheat flour sifted
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
- 0.5 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 0.25 cup coconut oil melted
- 0.75 cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, baking powder, and salt.2 cups whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp baking powder, 0.5 tsp salt
- Add the unsweetened applesauce, melted coconut oil, and almond milk to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined. Do not overmix.0.5 cup unsweetened applesauce, 0.25 cup coconut oil
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let the biscuits cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a sweeter taste, add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg to the dry ingredients.
