High Protein Chocolate Bites
Delicious and healthy chocolate bites packed with protein, perfect for a post-workout snack or a guilt-free treat.
Equipment
- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Baking Sheet
- 1 Parchment Paper
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup protein powder whey or plant-based
- 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Wet Ingredients
- 0.25 cup almond milk or any milk
- 2 tbsp peanut butter or any nut butter
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
Optional
- 0.25 cup chocolate chips dark or sugar-free
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder and cocoa powder.
- Add the almond milk, peanut butter, and honey to the bowl. Mix well until a thick dough forms. Add more almond milk, 1 tbsp at a time, if too dry.
- Stir in chocolate chips if desired.
- Roll the dough into 12 equal-sized bites.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to firm up.
