Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder and cocoa powder.
Add the almond milk, peanut butter, and honey to the bowl. Mix well until a thick dough forms. Add more almond milk, 1 tbsp at a time, if too dry.
Stir in chocolate chips if desired.
Roll the dough into 12 equal-sized bites.
Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to firm up.
