High Protein Chocolate Bites

  • 1 Baking Sheet
  • 1 Parchment Paper

Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup protein powder whey or plant-based
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Wet Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup almond milk or any milk
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter or any nut butter
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

Optional

  • 0.25 cup chocolate chips dark or sugar-free

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the protein powder and cocoa powder.
  • Add the almond milk, peanut butter, and honey to the bowl. Mix well until a thick dough forms. Add more almond milk, 1 tbsp at a time, if too dry.
  • Stir in chocolate chips if desired.
  • Roll the dough into 12 equal-sized bites.
  • Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to firm up.
  • Enjoy your high-protein chocolate bites!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
