Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats finely ground
  • 0.5 cup protein powder chocolate flavored
  • 0.25 cup cocoa powder unsweetened

Wet Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter natural
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup pure

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the ground rolled oats, protein powder, and cocoa powder. Whisk together until well combined.

  • Add the almond milk, peanut butter, and maple syrup to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a sticky dough forms.

  • Roll the dough into 12 equal-sized bites. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the bites to firm up.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
