High Protein Chocolate Bites
Delicious and healthy chocolate bites packed with protein, perfect for a post-workout snack or a guilt-free dessert.

- 1 Mixing Bowl Medium size
- 1 Baking Sheet Lined with parchment paper
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats finely ground
- 0.5 cup protein powder chocolate flavored
- 0.25 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
Wet Ingredients
- 0.25 cup almond milk unsweetened
- 2 tbsp peanut butter natural
- 2 tbsp maple syrup pure
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground rolled oats, protein powder, and cocoa powder. Whisk together until well combined.1 cup rolled oats, 0.5 cup protein powder, 0.25 cup cocoa powder
- Add the almond milk, peanut butter, and maple syrup to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a sticky dough forms.0.25 cup almond milk, 2 tbsp peanut butter
- Roll the dough into 12 equal-sized bites. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the bites to firm up.

Notes
For a richer flavor, add chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
