Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the ground rolled oats, protein powder, and cocoa powder. Whisk together until well combined.
1 cup rolled oats,
0.5 cup protein powder,
0.25 cup cocoa powder
Add the almond milk, peanut butter, and maple syrup to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a sticky dough forms.

2 tbsp peanut butter
Roll the dough into 12 equal-sized bites. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the bites to firm up.

Notes
For a richer flavor, add chocolate chips. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
