Equipment

  • 1 Wok or large skillet

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 0.5 head Green Cabbage Thinly sliced
  • 2 Large Eggs Lightly beaten
  • 1 small Onion Thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced

Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce Low Sodium
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper

Cooking

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Wash and thinly slice the cabbage. Slice the onion and mince the garlic. Lightly beat the eggs in a small bowl.
  • Heat the olive oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced cabbage to the wok and stir-fry until it starts to soften and wilt, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Push the cabbage to one side of the wok. Pour the beaten eggs into the empty space and let them cook for a minute until they start to set. Then, scramble the eggs and mix them with the cabbage.
