Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa cooled
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 cup coconut flour

Wet Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or any nut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons milk any kind

Optional

  • Chocolate chips optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, cocoa powder, and coconut flour.

  • Add the maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, and milk to the bowl. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.

  • Use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls. About 1 inch in diameter.
  • Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes.
  • Let the balls cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
