Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, cocoa powder, and coconut flour.
1 cup cooked quinoa,
0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder,
0.25 cup coconut flour
Add the maple syrup, almond butter, vanilla extract, and milk to the bowl. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
0.25 cup maple syrup,
2 tablespoons almond butter,
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls. About 1 inch in diameter.
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes.
Let the balls cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
