Almond Flour Biscuits
Delicious and healthy almond flour biscuits, perfect for a gluten-free option.

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 2 cup almond flour finely ground
- 2 tsp baking powder aluminum-free
- 0.5 tsp salt sea salt
Wet Ingredients
- 0.25 cup unsalted butter dairy-free option: coconut oil
- 0.75 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.2 cup almond flour, 2 tsp baking powder
- Cut in the cold, cubed butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.0.5 tsp salt
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk and apple cider vinegar. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.0.25 cup unsalted butter
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let the biscuits cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a dairy-free option, use coconut oil instead of butter. Biscuits are best served warm.
