Turkey Tail Mushroom Tea
A simple and healthful tea made with turkey tail mushrooms, known for their immune-boosting properties.

- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup For added sweetness
Instructions
- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Add the dried turkey tail mushroom pieces to the boiling water.4 cups water
- Reduce heat to low and let the mixture simmer for 15-20 minutes. This allows the beneficial compounds to extract into the water.
- Remove from heat and strain the tea through a fine-mesh sieve or strainer into a cup or teapot. This removes the mushroom pieces.
