Chocolate Chia Pudding
A healthy and delicious chocolate chia pudding that's perfect for breakfast or dessert.

- 0.5 cup Chia seeds
- 0.25 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups Almond milk (or any milk of choice)
- 2 tablespoons Maple syrup (or honey) or to taste
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 0.125 teaspoon Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: berries, nuts, coconut flakes
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together chia seeds, cocoa powder, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping.
- Before serving, stir the pudding well. If it's too thick, add a splash more almond milk.
- Divide the pudding into individual serving dishes and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!

Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
