Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together chia seeds, cocoa powder, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, stirring occasionally to prevent clumping.
Before serving, stir the pudding well. If it's too thick, add a splash more almond milk.
Divide the pudding into individual serving dishes and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
