- 0.5 cup Spinach Fresh
- 0.25 cup Avocado Fresh
Liquid
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk Or any milk of your choice

- 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Ground Flaxseed
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
