Chocolate Quinoa Puff Balls

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa cooled
- 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 0.25 cup coconut flour
Wet Ingredients
- 0.25 cup maple syrup or honey
- 2 tablespoons almond butter or any nut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk any kind

- Chocolate chips optional
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, cocoa powder, and coconut flour.1 cup cooked quinoa, 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, 0.25 cup coconut flour

- Use your hands to roll the mixture into small balls. About 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes.
