Thai Chicken Balls (Easy)
Quick and easy Thai chicken balls, perfect as an appetizer or main course.

- 1 Baking Sheet
Ingredients
Chicken Balls
- 1 lb ground chicken Preferably lean
- 0.25 cup breadcrumbs Plain or Panko
- 2 tbsp soy sauce Low sodium
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced Fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced Fresh garlic
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Sauce (Optional)
- 0.25 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce Low sodium
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, green onion, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
- Mix well and form into 1-inch balls.
- Place the chicken balls on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
- While the chicken balls are baking, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- If desired, toss the baked chicken balls with the sauce before serving. Serve hot.
Notes
These chicken balls can also be pan-fried or air-fried for a different texture.
