Instructions
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, green onion, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using).
Mix well and form into 1-inch balls.
Place the chicken balls on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
While the chicken balls are baking, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
If desired, toss the baked chicken balls with the sauce before serving. Serve hot.
Notes
These chicken balls can also be pan-fried or air-fried for a different texture.
