Banana Bread Baked Oats

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional
- 0.25 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- 0.25 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.1 cup rolled oats, 1 tsp baking powder, 0.5 tsp cinnamon
