Ingredients
  

Lemonade

  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup honey or maple syrup adjust to taste

Cucumber

  • 1 large cucumber peeled and roughly chopped

Garnish (optional)

  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Cucumber ribbons for garnish
  • Mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine the chopped cucumber and the lemonade. Blend until smooth.
  • For a smoother lemonade, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve. Discard the pulp.
  • Pour the cucumber lemonade into a pitcher filled with ice. Garnish with lemon slices, cucumber ribbons, and mint sprigs, if desired.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Adjust the sweetness and cucumber flavor to your liking. For a sparkling lemonade, use sparkling water instead of regular water.
