Instructions
In a blender, combine the chopped cucumber and the lemonade. Blend until smooth.
For a smoother lemonade, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve. Discard the pulp.
Pour the cucumber lemonade into a pitcher filled with ice. Garnish with lemon slices, cucumber ribbons, and mint sprigs, if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Adjust the sweetness and cucumber flavor to your liking. For a sparkling lemonade, use sparkling water instead of regular water.
