Chocolate Crunch Bites
These no-bake chocolate crunch bites are the perfect quick and healthy sweet treat—crispy, rich, and naturally sweetened. Ideal for snacks, desserts, or lunchbox goodies!
Ingredients
- - 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate 70% or higher
- - 1 tbsp coconut oil
- - 1/2 cup puffed rice or quinoa
- - 2 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
- - 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- - Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Melt Chocolate
- In a heatproof bowl, melt chocolate and coconut oil together using a microwave or double boiler. Stir until smooth.
- Mix Ingredients
- Stir in almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
- Add Crunch
- Fold in puffed rice or quinoa until evenly coated.
- Form Bites
- Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into mini muffin liners or onto a lined tray. Press lightly to compact.
- Chill
- Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
