Chocolate Crunch Bites

These no-bake chocolate crunch bites are the perfect quick and healthy sweet treat—crispy, rich, and naturally sweetened. Ideal for snacks, desserts, or lunchbox goodies!

Ingredients
  

  • - 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate 70% or higher
  • - 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • - 1/2 cup puffed rice or quinoa
  • - 2 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
  • - 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • - Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Melt Chocolate
  • In a heatproof bowl, melt chocolate and coconut oil together using a microwave or double boiler. Stir until smooth.
  • Mix Ingredients
  • Stir in almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
  • Add Crunch
  • Fold in puffed rice or quinoa until evenly coated.
  • Form Bites
  • Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into mini muffin liners or onto a lined tray. Press lightly to compact.
  • Chill
  • Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
