Chocolate Crunch Bites
These no-bake chocolate crunch bites are the perfect quick and healthy sweet treat—crispy, rich, and naturally sweetened. Ideal for snacks, desserts, or lunchbox goodies!

- - 1 tbsp coconut oil
- - 1/2 cup puffed rice or quinoa
- - 2 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter
- - 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- - 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- - Pinch of sea salt
Melt Chocolate
In a heatproof bowl, melt chocolate and coconut oil together using a microwave or double boiler. Stir until smooth.
Mix Ingredients
Stir in almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
Add Crunch
Fold in puffed rice or quinoa until evenly coated.
Form Bites
Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture into mini muffin liners or onto a lined tray. Press lightly to compact.
Chill
Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
