Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the black beans, corn, red bell pepper, red onion, avocado, and cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Serve immediately or chill for later. Enjoy!
