Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the shaved Brussel sprouts, apple, dried cranberries, and almonds (or walnuts).
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey (or maple syrup), salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately or chill for later.
Notes
For a vegan option, use maple syrup instead of honey.
