Instructions
In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, diced apple, halved red grapes, chopped celery, and chopped walnuts.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately or chill for later. Enjoy!
Notes
For a vegan option, use plant-based yogurt and maple syrup.
