Ingredients
  

Base

  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk

Fruits & Vegetables

  • 0.5 cup Spinach Fresh or frozen
  • 0.25 cup Blueberries Fresh or frozen
  • 0.25 medium Beet Raw, peeled

Liver Support

  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 tsp Ginger Freshly grated
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seeds Ground

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Adjust ingredients to taste. You can add more or less of any ingredient to suit your preferences.
