Homemade Sports Hydration Drink
A natural, refreshing electrolyte drink made with simple ingredients to keep you hydrated and energized during workouts or hot weather. No artificial colors or refined sugars!

- - 2 cups cold water filtered or spring
- - 1 cup coconut water natural, unsweetened
- - 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- - 2 tbsp lemon juice
- - 1 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
- - 1/8 tsp sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
- - Optional: pinch of magnesium powder or a few drops of trace mineral drops
Mix Ingredients
In a large jug or bottle, combine water, coconut water, orange juice, lemon juice, sweetener, and salt. Stir or shake well to combine.
Optional Additions
If using magnesium or mineral drops, add and stir again.
Chill and Serve
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or serve immediately over ice.
Storage
Store in the fridge and consume within 2 days for best freshness.
