cottage cheese

melted butter

Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, combine the cottage cheese, milk, and melted butter.

1 cup cottage cheese
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and gently pat it out to about 1 inch thickness. Use a biscuit cutter or knife to cut out biscuits.
Place the biscuits on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let the biscuits cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, add herbs like rosemary or thyme to the dough.
