  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder Whey, soy, or plant-based protein
  • 0.5 cup milk Almond, soy, oat, or cow's milk
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt For extra protein and creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds For added fiber and omega-3s

Instructions
