Baked Carrot Chips

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice Carrots
Using a mandoline or very sharp knife, slice carrots into very thin, even rounds.
Season
In a bowl, toss the carrot slices with oil, salt, and optional spices until evenly coated.
Bake
Arrange carrot slices in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 20–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp and golden. Keep a close eye to avoid burning.
Cool
Remove from oven and let chips cool completely—they will crisp up more as they cool.
