Baked Carrot Chips

Crispy, savory carrot chips made in the oven with just a few ingredients. A healthy, delicious snack that’s naturally sweet and packed with fiber and nutrients.

Ingredients
  

  • - 2 large carrots peeled
  • - 1 tsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • - 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • - Optional: 1/4 tsp smoked paprika or garlic powder for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven
  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice Carrots
  • Using a mandoline or very sharp knife, slice carrots into very thin, even rounds.
  • Season
  • In a bowl, toss the carrot slices with oil, salt, and optional spices until evenly coated.
  • Bake
  • Arrange carrot slices in a single layer on the baking sheet. Bake for 20–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crisp and golden. Keep a close eye to avoid burning.
  • Cool
  • Remove from oven and let chips cool completely—they will crisp up more as they cool.
