- - 1/2 cup coconut milk 120ml
Instructions

- Place the frozen banana slices and strawberries into a food processor or blender.
- Pour in the coconut milk.
- Blend
- Blend the mixture on high until smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
- The consistency should be thick and similar to soft-serve ice cream.
- Serve
- Spoon the mixture into bowls or cups.
- Garnish with fresh strawberry slices if desired.
