Spiced Roasted Seeds
A healthy and flavorful snack made with a variety of seeds, roasted to perfection and seasoned with spices.

Ingredients
Seeds
- 0.5 cup pumpkin seeds hulled
- 0.25 cup sunflower seeds shelled
- 0.25 cup sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Spices
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
- 0.25 teaspoon sea salt
Other
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all seeds and spices. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the seed mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring halfway through.
- Let the seeds cool completely on the baking sheet before serving or storing in an airtight container.
Notes
