Pistachio Chocolate Fudge
A rich, creamy, no-bake fudge made with dark chocolate and crunchy pistachios. Naturally sweetened and packed with healthy fats—perfect for a satisfying treat!
Ingredients
- - 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate 70% or higher
- - 1/2 cup coconut cream from the thick part of a can
- - 2 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
- - 1 tsp vanilla extract
- - 1/2 cup shelled pistachios roughly chopped
- - Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Melt the Chocolate
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate with coconut cream and maple syrup. Stir constantly until smooth.
- Add Flavor
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.
- Add Pistachios
- Fold in the chopped pistachios, reserving a few to sprinkle on top.
- Set the Fudge
- Pour the mixture into a small lined loaf tin or container. Smooth the top and sprinkle with remaining pistachios.
- Chill
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Slice into squares and enjoy.
