Pistachio Chocolate Fudge

A rich, creamy, no-bake fudge made with dark chocolate and crunchy pistachios. Naturally sweetened and packed with healthy fats—perfect for a satisfying treat!

Ingredients
  

  • - 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate 70% or higher
  • - 1/2 cup coconut cream from the thick part of a can
  • - 2 tbsp maple syrup or raw honey
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 1/2 cup shelled pistachios roughly chopped
  • - Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Melt the Chocolate
  • In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate with coconut cream and maple syrup. Stir constantly until smooth.
  • Add Flavor
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of sea salt.
  • Add Pistachios
  • Fold in the chopped pistachios, reserving a few to sprinkle on top.
  • Set the Fudge
  • Pour the mixture into a small lined loaf tin or container. Smooth the top and sprinkle with remaining pistachios.
  • Chill
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm. Slice into squares and enjoy.
