Perfectly Roasted Cauliflower
This simple roasted cauliflower recipe brings out the natural sweetness of cauliflower with a touch of olive oil and seasoning. A healthy and delicious side dish!

- 1 cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
- 0.5 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder for extra flavor
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).1 cauliflower, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 0.5 teaspoon salt, 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
