  • 0.5 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder for extra flavor

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).

  • Spread the cauliflower in a single layer on a baking sheet.
