Healthy Seed Crackers
Crispy, nutritious seed crackers perfect for snacking or serving with dips. Made with a blend of seeds and minimal ingredients for a healthy and delicious treat.

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 0.5 cup sunflower seeds raw, unsalted
- 0.25 cup pumpkin seeds raw, unsalted
- 0.25 cup sesame seeds raw
- 2 tbsp flax seeds ground
- 0.25 cup whole wheat flour can sub with almond flour
- 0.5 tsp salt sea salt
Wet Ingredients
- 0.5 cup water warm
- 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, ground flax seeds, whole wheat flour, and salt.0.5 cup sunflower seeds, 0.25 cup pumpkin seeds, 0.25 cup sesame seeds, 2 tbsp flax seeds, 0.25 cup whole wheat flour
- Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.0.5 tsp salt
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll out as thinly as possible.
- Carefully transfer the rolled-out dough (with the bottom parchment paper) to the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Watch closely to prevent burning.
- Let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, break into desired shapes.
- Serve and enjoy!
