Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup sunflower seeds raw, unsalted
  • 0.25 cup pumpkin seeds raw, unsalted
  • 0.25 cup sesame seeds raw
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds ground
  • 0.25 cup whole wheat flour can sub with almond flour
  • 0.5 tsp salt sea salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup water warm
  • 2 tbsp olive oil extra virgin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, ground flax seeds, whole wheat flour, and salt.

  • Add warm water and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix well until a dough forms.

  • Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll out as thinly as possible.
  • Carefully transfer the rolled-out dough (with the bottom parchment paper) to the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Watch closely to prevent burning.
  • Let the crackers cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, break into desired shapes.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
