Ingredients
For the Wraps
- 2 whole wheat tortillas choose your favorite brand
Filling Options
- 4 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced or tofu for a vegetarian option
- 0.5 avocado, sliced for healthy fats
- 0.25 cup hummus adds flavor and protein
- 0.5 cup mixed greens such as spinach, kale, or arugula
- 0.25 cup sliced bell peppers any color
- 2 tbsp salsa optional, for added flavor
Instructions
- If using chicken or tofu, ensure it is cooked and sliced. Prepare all vegetables by washing and slicing them.
- Lay a tortilla on a flat surface. Spread hummus evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border. Add mixed greens, bell peppers, avocado slices, and chicken (or tofu).
- Drizzle with salsa (if using) for an extra kick.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom.
- Cut the wrap in half and serve immediately. Enjoy!
