Healthy & Delicious Tortilla Wraps
These tortilla wraps are packed with fresh vegetables, lean protein, and healthy fats, making them a perfect quick and nutritious meal.

- 1 Cutting board
- 1 Knife
- 1 Skillet or Pan For optional heating
Ingredients
Filling
- 2 Whole wheat tortillas 6-8 inch diameter
- 4 oz Grilled chicken breast Cooked and sliced
- 0.5 cup Hummus Your favorite flavor
- 0.5 cup Spinach Fresh
- 0.25 cup Bell pepper Any color
- 0.25 cup Cucumber Sliced
- 0.25 Avocado Sliced
- Lemon juice For flavor
Instructions
- Wash and slice the bell pepper, cucumber, and avocado. If the chicken is not already cooked, grill or pan-fry until cooked through.
- Spread hummus evenly over each tortilla.
- Layer spinach, chicken, bell pepper, cucumber, and avocado on top of the hummus.
- Squeeze a bit of lemon juice for added flavor.
- Tightly roll up the tortilla, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Serve immediately or optionally, warm the wraps in a skillet for a few minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.
Notes
Customize your wrap with your favorite veggies and protein! For a vegetarian option, replace chicken with chickpeas or tofu.
