Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 2 Whole wheat tortillas 6-8 inch diameter
  • 4 oz Grilled chicken breast Cooked and sliced
  • 0.5 cup Hummus Your favorite flavor
  • 0.5 cup Spinach Fresh
  • 0.25 cup Bell pepper Any color
  • 0.25 cup Cucumber Sliced
  • 0.25 Avocado Sliced
  • Lemon juice For flavor

Instructions
 

  • Wash and slice the bell pepper, cucumber, and avocado. If the chicken is not already cooked, grill or pan-fry until cooked through.
  • Spread hummus evenly over each tortilla.
  • Layer spinach, chicken, bell pepper, cucumber, and avocado on top of the hummus.
  • Squeeze a bit of lemon juice for added flavor.
  • Tightly roll up the tortilla, tucking in the sides as you go.
  • Serve immediately or optionally, warm the wraps in a skillet for a few minutes until heated through and slightly crispy.

Notes

Customize your wrap with your favorite veggies and protein! For a vegetarian option, replace chicken with chickpeas or tofu.
