Healthy Avocado Chocolate Pudding
A creamy and delicious chocolate pudding made with avocado for a healthy twist.

Ingredients
Main Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados Pitted
- 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder Dutch processed is best
- 0.5 cup maple syrup Or honey
- 0.25 cup almond milk Unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pure
- 0.25 teaspoon salt Pinch
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Divide the pudding into individual serving cups. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow it to firm up.
Notes
For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of coffee or espresso powder. Adjust sweetness to taste.
