  • 2 ripe avocados Pitted
  • 0.5 cup unsweetened cocoa powder Dutch processed is best
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup Or honey
  • 0.25 cup almond milk Unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pure
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt Pinch

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
  • Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • Divide the pudding into individual serving cups. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow it to firm up.

Notes

For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of coffee or espresso powder. Adjust sweetness to taste.
