Digestive Lemon Ginger Drink

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 0.5 lemon, juiced freshly squeezed
- 1 inch ginger, peeled and grated fresh ginger root
- 0.25 teaspoon turmeric powder optional, for extra anti-inflammatory benefits
- 0.25 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional, to taste
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients: warm water, lemon, ginger, turmeric powder (if using), and honey or maple syrup (if using).
- In a glass, combine the warm water, lemon juice, grated ginger, and turmeric powder (if using).1 cup warm water, 0.5 lemon, juiced, 1 inch ginger, peeled and grated

Notes
Adjust the amount of lemon, ginger, and sweetener to your liking. For a stronger ginger flavor, steep the grated ginger in the warm water for a few minutes before adding the other ingredients.
