Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cottage cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading each spoonful into a thin, round crisp. Aim for about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the crisps are golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
- Let the crisps cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. This will help them crisp up further.
