Baked Cauliflower with Turmeric and Paprika

Ingredients
Cauliflower
- 1 large cauliflower cut into florets
Spice Blend
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, turmeric, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Make sure the cauliflower is evenly coated.
- Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned, flipping halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!

For extra flavor, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice after baking.
