Ingredients
  

Cauliflower

  • 1 large cauliflower cut into florets

Spice Blend

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, turmeric, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Make sure the cauliflower is evenly coated.
  • Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly browned, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove from the oven and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a squeeze of lemon juice after baking.
